Meet the Teams

During your time with us you are likely to talk to or meet people from the following teams:

Client Services Centre: Our fully trained and experienced staff are on hand to help you. They will explain and register you for the services your employer has asked us to provide for you. Once registered you will be given a unique user name and password which will give you access to our Penna Online system enabling you to get started straight away. The team will also book your first 1:1 meeting or register you for a workshop.

Workshop Coaches: Our coaches cover a wide range of topics relating to career coaching including Job Search Techniques; Networking; CV Writing; Preparing for Interview; Self-Employment; Assessment; Personal Impact and Image; Financial planning; Presentation Skills; and Telephone Techniques to mention just a few.

All our workshops are highly interactive, participative and informative. Our coaches are very experienced and knowledgeable, coming from a wide spread of sectors.

1:1 Coaches: Like our workshop coaches, our 1:1 coaches reflect the diversity of our clients and come to us with a spread of sector experience. Most have a particular specialism as well as their general career coaching knowledge and you will be matched with a coach who meets your needs most closely.

Office teams: Our regional centre teams are a mix of researchers, support administration and reception staff. Friendly and always ready to help you, they will provide you with research information, explain office layouts and workstation guidelines, introduce you to other clients and help with personal marketing campaigns.
